Product: HP Notebook 14-bw021na

The battery in my laptop will no longer retain its charge for more than 30 minutes, so I'm looking for a replacement to be sent to me in the UK.  A search of the HP Parts store gives me this message: 

"19701-850   Part is not orderable in the HP Parts Store.
ASSY-BATT 4C 41Whs 2.8Ah LI JC04041-CL "

 

Does anyone know if this a permanent situation?  I see them being sold elsewhere online, but I'm a little dubious.  Would rather get it from HP directly.
