Hi everyone

HP Envy 5030 printer

I've just tried to set up my HP Envy 5030 printer.

I'm using a PC desktop with Vista and Google Chrome.

When I go to 123.HP.com to try to download the printer software, the error message "We’re sorry—We don’t support this operating system" comes up on the screen. 

I tried to download the drivers etc manually from the HP website but the download won't open.

I know the printer is actually working because I managed to download the app from 123.HP.com on my phone and have printed something from my phone.

Any ideas how to get the printer software on the PC??!!!  

The instructions with the printer said you can get a printer software CD but I don't know where to find the contact details to order one.

Any help gratefully received !
