Product: HP 350 G1 laptop
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am trying to replace the keyboard and the ZIF connector lock for the ribbon is difficult. I'm afraid to force too hard lest I damage the connector. There appears to be no "holder-downers" in the way. Can you help me please? I'm 92 years old and DO NOT want to mess up my computer!
