envy x360

Hi. I have an Envy x360 laptop which I bought through a PC World store. After taking it in to have an issue looked at, the rubber feet wouldn't stay attached. I did try to re-affix them but one of them has since got lost. I contacted KnowHow, who apparently don't stock the part but have agreed to reimburse me if I buy it myself. I now have the issue that I can't find anywhere to buy the part.

I located the product number for the feet, "L19600-001", in the service manual. HP PartPicker shows this up as an existing part in the database, but with no option to purchase it. Other websites which claim to sell them are suspect at best.

I just tried to speak to somebody on the Live Chat, but managed to be redirected to the US support. Even now the website says I'm in the US region support community. It's apparently completely impossible to speak to a human being from HP UK support.

Can someone please tell me how I can get replacement feet for my laptop?
