Product: HP 830 G6
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hi, we just got the new HP 830 G6 model to our enterprise environment.
When we try to update the BIOS during task sequence it failes with this error:
Controller 15e8 is not functional, producer 65535 out of range.
This was at the step "Camera controller firmware".
If you hit the power button for 10 sec the computer restarts and continues to update the BIOS, makes it hard to reproduce the issue.
This is the bios version 01.03.00 Rev.A
Command line: HpFirmwareUpdRec64.exe -s -r -pPASSWORD.bin
This steps works on our older 830 G5.
Any one else got this issue?
