Hi,

 

I purchased a HP ENVY x360 about a month ago and I am having some trouble. When the device is still powered on and I close the laptop by putting the screen down for a few minutes sometimes the laptop will not power back on unless I hold the power button for about 10 seconds. Similarly, when I try to put the laptop into sleep mode by closing all applications and pressing the power button once sometimes the laptop will not power back on unless I hold the power button for about 10 seconds.

 

Any help would be great,
