Laptop is only 17 months old and will no longer charge. No light when plugged. I was able to test with another power cord, same issue. How do I obtain a replacement systemboard for a laptop that is out of warranty?
The HP Service Center locally stated they don't do hardware.
Systemboard part: 941883-001
Looking at HP spare parts site, it states I can't order a new one from that source. So, how do I obtain a replacement? I'm assuming the charging is through the systemboard and not other hardware within the laptop. Is that correct?
Thank you,
Brad
