The left hinge has become detached/broken on the monitor side . This in turn cause the bottom monitor frame to pop out. Over the past few weeks, it got significantly worst as I am unable to close or open the laptop to prevent further damage. The screen works perfectly good with no cracks on it.
Originally it can’t as a surprise because the laptop was kept in good condition, without any drops or bumps with very minimal use. However after doing some research, i came to know that it seems to be a common issue among this model, suggesting this a manufacturing defect. Could you please let me know if there was any system in place to resolve and if so, what further actions can be taken? Thanks in advance!
