Product: HP Pavilion Laptop 17-ar050wm
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I've only had my laptop a little over a month. One evening the screen blinked a couple of times then went black. This happened right after McAfee tried to get me to purchase since the 30 day trial was up. I hooked it up to my tv with an HDMI cable and could use it that way. I tried updating it. I ended up doing a system restore. Now, it gets halfway through the cycle and stops. When I scroll through the list, all of the McAfee items have an error. Is there a way to order a system recovery disk? Does anyone have a suggestion what happened to the screen?
