Product: HP envy photo 7100 series

I have tried cleaning my black cartridge and reinstalling it many times need a replacement. Can't seem to find a way of contacting support other than a premium pay phone line. Don't see why I should pay when I have a faulty product. I pay for instant ink. My printer is out of warranty but printer is not the problem. How do I get my cartridge replaced?
