Product: HP Pavilion Gaming 15 - cx0009ne
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I closed my laptop's panel and heard a crack sound. I then checked the hinges it was worn off and the panel behind the screen was also tearing out. I use a HP Pavilion Gaming 15 - cx0009ne bought in UAE on August 25th, 2018. It also has other issues regarding the software (I tried reset thrice but that did not make it any better). Also, when I move the laptop from the hinge (this problem started last year and I still cannot figure out what the issue is) it gets hanged and no keys work at all. I always hold power button and restart my laptop and I have done it quite a many times. Lastly, it does not download the apps I had previously installed (before resetting it thrice) in windows store. The error I get is - 0x80070005 <-- To fix this I tried running sfc and chkdsk and I restarted my laptop, also restarted bits service and tried troubleshoot but I got no success. Something is really wrong with this laptop.
