Product: HP Envy Laptop Model 13-ah0001na

Hello,

 

An accident has occurred and cracked the glass touch screen as well as the mouse/touch-pad. The back case of the laptop has bent slightly too. With the laptop, we purchased  the "HP 3 Year Care Pack with Pickup and Return". Would that care pack take care of accidental damages and would they be able to fix it for me?
