Product: HP Office Jet Pro 8020 Series
Operating System: macOS 10.13 High Sierra

I enrolled in Instant Ink. Received ink. HP wants me to finish enrolling in Instant Ink (I thought I did that four months ago). HP can't see printer because it says it's not connected to the Internet. I thought it was connected. Losing patience ....
