I have a black Instant Ink cartridge that is continuously showing a Cartridge Error on the printer. I have followed all the steps suggested in previous posts and by the Virtual Assistant (printer reset, firmware update, cleaning cartridge and contacts, etc.) but with no luck at all.
I cannot receive a new cartridge from Instant Ink because of cartridge error. My printer is a HP Envy Photo 6230 All-in-one.
I need a new cartridge asap, I work from home and I cannot wait no longer.
Any help to fix the issue would be really appreciated!
