Product: Pavillon gaming 15
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just got this laptop and installed windows on it myself while also updating all the drivers needed for it 

Now when i try to open a game on it i get 5 fps or 10 fps and note this is at the lowest settings possible 

Tried to set nvidia as default from desktop and from the nvidia control panel also tried to deactivate the integrated intel gpu try everything i could possibly think of to make the game or anything to that matter use the nvidia gpu nothing works i still get 0% usage on it when i start the game and get my 5 fps
