Having problems scanning to computer from the printer control panel, scanning to email and scanning from ADF. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the latest full software solution and driver 48.3.4530 for Windows 10 (64-bit) dated Aug 14, 2019.
Problem #1: Error message trying to scan using printer's control panel or software. No communication with the printer even though I can print just fine.
Problem #2: Error message trying to Scan to Email. System error in printer.
Problem #3: Cannot scan from ADF even though the software states to scan from feeder.
This is a major problem for a new printer and others are also having the same problem. This problem needs to be fixed immediately!
