I have an Omen 17T Notebook purchased last year. It's got an it 8750H. I upgraded from the factory single 16 GB SK hynix to dual rank 32 GB Ballistix gaming memory. Both are marked as 266MHz. I know advanced BIOS/XMP profiles are locked with HP, but I was hoping the Omen Command Center would let me put my RAM in "Turbo Mode" to get to 2666 Mhz. I have no overclocking option in Omen command Center. I install Intel XTU but there is no memory tweaking there either. I also installed CPU-Z and is indicates XMP-2666 as an option. It looks like I am running at JEDEC #8 under the SPD Timings Table.
Is there a work around for this that I am missing?
Thanks
