Product: HP Officejet Pro 8620
I try it this way because the HP help desk via the phone could not help me.
A week ago I wanted to print but it didn't work. I then added the printer again via the HP app but it says that the driver is not installed. With printers and scanners in Windows the printer is on. It says here that the driver for the printer is missing. Previously it was always fine with the HP app but now no longer.
