Product: HP Envy 13-AD1xx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

A few months back, the area around the trackpad on the HP Envy laptop started bulging and it popped the cover next to the trackpad. 

Concerned about safety and product quality. Tried to call in to HP support but looks like there's no option to report this kind of problem unless you for the call. Laptop is relatively new - not even 2 years old.
