Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

My printer has stopped printing anything.  I have tried printing pdf and Word files, and am instead directed to create a prn save file, which then cannot be opened on my computer at all after saving.  I have tried troubleshooting the printer, connecting with an ethernet cable rather than using a wireless connection, reinstalling printer drivers, and restarting my computer.  

 

I have also tried to find a print dialog area to uncheck the box for "print to file" and can find no such option.  

 

Any other ideas?  I'm at a loss and extremely frustrated at this point.
