Product: Pavilion G6
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi All

 

When my wife's Pavilion G6 is switched off and plugged in, the power light flashes orange. Last time it was switched on the battery was low and didn't seem to be charging. Is it actually charging ? or is there a problem with the charger / battery ?

 

My pavilion 15 just shows a steady orange light when charging and a white light when charged, so I am a bit confused as to what is going on with my wife's notebook.
