Hallo, irgendwie komme ich nicht mehr in den deutschen Support rein

Also muss ich die Frage nochmal neu stellen.

 

Ich habe den o.g. Laptop und verwende den Energiesparplan HP Optimized.

Der Lüfter läuft ständig wenn im Netzteilbetrieb. Mir wurde damals eine perfekte Lösung angeboten aber ich komme ich den Thread nicht mehr. Irgendwas musste ich auf 99% setzen.

 

Kann mir jemand bitte Helfen?
