Hi all,

 

I have an "HP EliteBook 840 G5" (2FA64AV) notebook with Windows 10 (64 bit).

I've tried to set fingerprints for Windows Hello but the Windows could not see the fingerprint sensor. There is not a "Biometric" section in the "Device Manager" and I cannot find any biometric or fingerprint related section in the BIOS settings.

This is a second-hand notebook so I do not have the original documents.

Could you help me to verify my notebook has a fingerprint sensor or not?
