Product: HP ENVY Photo 7155
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am attempting to install the HP ENVY Photo 7100 All-In-One Printer Series Firmware Update.  The download proceeds until I get a screen to select the printer I am trying to update.  Unfortunately, I cannot check the box which indicates my printer.  The only options are to either "Refresh" or "Cancel."

 

Since this is an important update, I would like to be able to install this.  Does anyone have any idea how to get around this?
