I have recently received my deceased grandmother’s printer, an HP Envy 5530. I finally got it connected to the internet. I tried to copy a sheet of paper, and a message appeared: “Cartridge cannot be used until printer is enrolled in HP Instant Ink”. So, I created a new HP account with MY email. However, on the 4th Step of the HP Instant Ink registration (Instant Ink Printer Setup), it says...
(1) Press the HP ePrint icon on your printer. If you are prompted to set up or enable Web Services or HP ePrint, please do so.
I feel like I’m going in circles. How am I supposed to enter the code if it won’t let me print the page? Does anyone have a fix for this?
