Hi,

 

ich hoffe hier kann mir jemand auf Deutsch helfen. 

 

Ich habe seit Kurzem o.g. Laptop. 

 

Heute fuhr sich das Gerät beim streamen plötzlich fest.

Ich konnte das Gerät nur durch drücken der Einschalttaste neustarten. 

Anschließend fand das Gerät keine Wlan Netze mehr. 

 

In den Netzwerkeigenschaften ist zu sehen, dass das WLAN-Modul Realtek RTL8821CE 802.11ac, sowie auch die Bluetooth Verbindung "nicht vorhanden" ist.

 

Also habe ich über die HP Website die Treiber neu heruntergeladen, installiert, ohne Erfolg. 

 

Die Hardware wird auch im Gerätemanager nicht angezeigt. 

 

Die Problembehandlung zielt nur auf die Ethernet Verbindung ab und erkennt die WLAN Verbindung gar nicht.

 

Was kann ich noch tun? Danke für eure Hilfe
