I read online about how to print envelopes on my office jet 3830 but it never did work. Now I am trying to copy regular size pages but I cannot get the paper size to change from envelopes #10 to regular paper. I tried everything I read but nothing worked, including taking out the paper from the paper tray and putting it back in to reset. I also ran the HP Print and Scan Doctor 5.3.
