Product: F4480 All-In-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
My printer was working fine then I did the latest windows 10 cumulative update and the printer and scanner features are not working. I tried it on a separate computer without the update and it worked. I then went through a lot of driver updates/reinstalls and even clean installed my entire computer. It started working again on my computer, but then as soon as the latest update went through, it would not recognize the printer's driver. In printers and scanners on windows 10, it states "driver error". And nothing will fix it. Will HP fix this? Because clearly this is a faulty update and nothing to do with the printer/scanner itself.
