Windows 10 Home. Version 1909

bang and Olufsen audio control panel not found and i tried to install the driver (Realtek High-Definition (HD) Audio Driver
6.0.8813.1 Rev.A) from hp site, while installing the file, showing (Waiting for 6-0 seconds, press any a key to continue ...) but no response then automatically closing itself.

Please give me a solution to this problem
