I have begun setup of the Z6200 60" printer and am unable to print even a test page until all ink cartridges are accounted for. Although all cartridges are present, contain adequate levels of ink, and do not show as expired, the printer insists that the Light Cyan, and Red ink cartridges are missing.
So far, I have attempted cleaning the contacts as per HP directions, but to no avail. I am not willing to risk over $600 in new ink cartridges without the promise of that being the solution.
Barring any other solution, I fear the next step is to remove the left cover and check for loose connections.
Any guidance on how I can better determine what the cause of this issue is will be appreciated to say the least.
Update: Awaiting two new cartridges in the hopes that the cartridges are the issue. I will post another update once these have been tried.
