Product: HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop 15-cx0056wm
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I was recently playing an online game when my laptop locked up completely. Getting a caps lock code of 3.2 with complete black screen. I suspect a virus corrupted the motherboard as removing the hard drive and the memory doesn't cause any adjustment in the booting behaviour. So my question is, how do I manually reset the BIOS on this product, as I have no visual feedback?
