Product: HP ENVY Photo 6230
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
The last colour ink cartridge I was sent won't connect to the printer, printer keeps telling me to take it out as it's faulty. Still registers the old colour ink cartridge fine so not printer, but due to that colour cartridge being practically empty the colours are off. I can't seem to find a way for HP to send me a new colour cartridge as it still think I've got one to use, any way I can get them to send me a new one?
