Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

I have a Mac running Catalina and can't connect my 1102 wirelessly. The printer works fine via USB. I followed all the instructions here to the letter but it will not install a wireless version of the printer in System Preferences. I tried to manually add a wireless version manually  but it never appears. I've reset the printing system, and unplugged the printer. HP Easy Start says there are no drivers for my printer. I tried downloading the drivers from here  but got "Download Failed" using two different browsers. I'm not running ant-virus software. Thanks in advance
