Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

I have received an email asking me to update my payment method. I am unable to see my account Information when I log into my account. The only options I have available to me are:

 

Sign in / Sign up now /Shop for a Printer / How it works / The plans / FAQ / Go green.

 

I am re-directed to this page https://instantink.hpconnected.com/uk/en/l/

Incredibly frustrating a simple 1 minute job has wasted 3 hours of my time already.
