Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

It appears my Envy x360 bought in July 2015 has a built-in webcam.  I don't think I have used the webcam in the past but with business being conducted by webcam I now have the need for this feature. How can I know for sure? When I look for Imaging Devices the device manager does not list this category and when I access the camera it displays an error message ending in 4271.  Help!!!
