Product: hp Envy 5055 HP711425
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My printer is connected to the net, but says it's connection is off.  It is connected to the net, It is not paused, the Blue light is solid and bright.  It was working a few weeks ago.  On the network config. page it says it's connected.  It will print a test page and the config page, but nothing else.
