HP Recommended

I've got the same issue since at least one year without any solution or reply from HP team. They always tell to reinstall all possible controllers and/or change audio configuration but nothing of this works. I've even reset my computer to default settings (HP Spectre x2 Detachable 12-c0XX). Why haven't HP launched a driver patch like this yet:  https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/HP-Pavilion-15-Notebook-PC-series/10862158/model/11991509/docum....

Please give a similarly effective solution.

 

Those are some of the discussions I've checked without a solution. It seems to be a wide problem on hp laptops and an astonishing indifference to customer satisfaction.
