Hard to websearch for this problem! My LaserJet Pro MFP M227 FDW (wireless multi-function printer) does print fine from various notebook PCs in my home; touchscreen control panel/config page shows it has IP V4 address 10.0.0.18 But it will NOT print from my HP 3130 minitower desktop PC (which uses a cat-5 cable to connect to my home LAN, IP 10.0.0.2 - no wireless NIC on that older desktop PC. On the desktop PC (Windows 10, up-to-date) I go to 123.HP.COM and can auto-detect the printer, select it, 'download all drives' and install … but it won't print. The HP print-doctor software subsequently says 'it's offline -- can't fix'. What should the Location/PORT be in printer properties? I've seen it on some of my computers like this: HTTP://10.0.0.18:3911/ (where it works) but on the desktop PC after install it showed as http://[fe80::e96:e6ff:fe41:bfad%7]:3911/
