Product: Omen 15T-ax200
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Ordered a replacement battery for my Omen 15T-ax200 laptop from an HP authorized support company. Found a how-to site on disassembling the computer. The tutorial says to remove the 10 perimeter screws (I did) and then use the special tool to separate the computer from the back. I did that but the center of the case is held solid by "something". Is there an 11th screw dead center under the indented spot, or is this being held tight by a really stubborn friction clip? I need some rock solid advice before I proceed as I don't want to force it apart and "brick" the computer.
