Hi there,

Because I don't print much, the black cartridge was not working. I figured it was clogged, so I did several "printhead cleanings." I never got the issue corrected. It seems that at some point, the printer started counting the pages used during the cleaning process as pages from my plan,  so not only did it used all my plan pages but also put me over by 6. How can I get this corrected?
