Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8025
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

Brand new HP OfficeJet Pro 8025 and my mac thinks its offline. Please help.

 its not offline and its connected network.

I should add i have a second Mac in my house where this printer wokrs perfectly.

Doesnt work: MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2014)

Does work: MacBook Air 1.3 GHz Dual Core Intel Core 5

Both are on 10.15.4
