I get an error printing from my HP Spectre win10 laptop. It is a network printer. I've confirmed it's on the same network, updated all drivers, uninstalled and reinstalled the software and drivers. Ran through every troubleshooting guide and virtual assistant possible. Uninstalled and reinstalled the printer 4 times. Updated all software on my HP. I can print to the device on the network from my iphone without a problem. The device is recognized and now will show online but every print and even test prints error from this device. I've checked the services and restarted the spooling per virtual assistant direction. cleared the queue of all errored prints so it's clear each time I attempt a new print. Appreciate all support. A printer I can't print from my pc doesn't do much good. The printer works with the email print and internal test pages so I believe it is something in the software or drivers on this pc I can't figure out. Thanks so much for support. Denny
