Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I continue to try and install HP Print and Scan doctor to help me figure out why my printer (HP OfficeJet Pro 8210) stopped printing.  When I install the Print and Scan doctor it then states on next screen that my printer is NOT INSTALLED with the software needed.  What is the deal - I just want to print
