I have to reboot the whole printer every time I want to print just one lousy document. Half the time it randomly disconnects in the middle of printing. The printer chews up paper regularly and occasionally smears ink. Most, if not all, of these issues started within a week of owning this. How on earth did this pass quality control? Did you seriously think people are naive enough to think their first printer is breaking down with age and would replace it with a second HP printer? For the price of this, I should not have to go through any of this nonsense! How dare you sell such a thing at such a price?! Stop selling anything at all if you think this is an acceptable product quality! I'm switching to Brother, good riddance!
