I have an hp envy 13 t that won’t allow me to connect to the internet. It often has problems connecting to the internet but the troubleshoot usually can fix it and it has something to do with the wireless adapter. But now it gives me an warning by The Wi-Fi symbol that is a square-ish computer looking thing that has a red x. When I try to trouble shoot it says “the Intel(R) Wireless-AC 9560 160MHz adapter is experiencing driver- or hardware- related problems” and says “not fixed”. I can’t connect to the internet to try to update the adapter Because I can’t connect to the internet. I need help and don’t know what to do without maybe hurting the device because I don’t have the ability to conect to internet to update or help. Tried resetting manny times and I don’t know what to do.
