Product: HP LaserJet MFP M28-M31
Operating System: macOS 10.14 Mojave
I had printed earlier in the day and then had to print again and started getting printer unrecognized (approximate warning). I thought, well, I'll reset it like last time. I went to look up the directions and couldn't find them like I had before. I know that I unplugged the printer and then pressed two keys WHILE plugging in the printer and it reset fine and I was able to set up again. I had seen info on the two buttons before, but it had neglected to tell me that I had to plug it in while holding the buttons down.
Please help me, I need to print and scan documentation during this lockdown. I'm on a Mac running Mojave 10.14.6.
Thank you,
Cris
