My laptop Case started cracking near the hinges and now the screen is separating from the case. I am so frustrated, reading through the complaints on this site it’s a common design flaw. I called HP but since it is 2 years old they will not repair. Best Buy said they would have to send it out and could cost $400 for replacement screen. Now I have duct tape on my laptop holding it together. $850 for a laptop that lasts only 2 years is not acceptable. If this is the best HP can do I will NEVER buy another product from them. Can anyone provide some assistance?
