Hello

This printer was bought a year ago for work and hardly used as we preferred the other one. Since working from home, I have been allocated this printer and it has worked fine with no problems since March. This morning however, it refused to print the last line on a letter properly ie. the person's job title under their name. You can just make out the very tops of the letters. When I tried printing the same letter with header and footer, it printed it entirely with no issues. No matter what I do it refuses to print the last line unless there is something underneath it. For example if I add another line of text, that will be the line it refuses to print properly. However, if I do add another line of text, it will still show the very top of the letters so I cannot send this out.

Can someone explain what is happening?

It is a HP OfficeJet Pro 8710
