HP ENVY x360 -15t
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

My laptop, an HP ENVY x360 15t, is about 2.5 years old.

Recently, I noticed that my battery won't charge past a certain percentage (at first it was 79%, now it is stuck at 86%). The LED light near the charger port will turn white, indicating that it is not charging anymore (it appears red when charging), and the indicator in the status bar will say "Plugged in" (when it's charging it will say "xx minutes until full charge").

What I've attempted to so far:

- Power cycle (shutting off laptop and holding the power button for 15 secs, then plugging the adapter back in and powering the laptop on

- Uninstalling the ACPI-Compliant Control Method Battery and restarting

- Running the battery test in HP Support Assistant (results below)

- Running the battery test in the diagnostics tool (results below)

As you can see below, both tests suggest a calibrate, however, in the steps for calibration, it says I cannot calibrate until my laptop is at 99-100% charge. However, my laptop will not charge that high. Is it still safe to calibrate using the UEFI -> Component -> Hard drive test it suggests if I am not at full charge? If not, is there any other way to calibrate or fix this issue?
