Product: HP Gaming Pavilion - 15-xx0140xx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I had purchased a HP laptop on 23rd July 2018 from Reliance Digital Bangalore.
Laptop Description : HP Gaming Pavilion - 15-xx0140xx
Cost : Rs 73,053/-
After one and half year of purchase.
From the last week of March 2020, I was facing the problem during opening and closing of the laptop ( breaking sound with small pieces of plastic material coming out ).

Then, On 13th May 2020 I gave my laptop in the service center as recommended by HP support,
TVS Electronics Ltd.
(HP Authorized Service Partner)
F-2, No-9, 27th Cross, 8th B Main
4th Block, Jayanagar, Bangalore -560011
After 2 weeks on 27th May 2020, I have received a quotation from the service center saying "the hinges are broken and we need to replace hinges and LCD back cover which cost Rs 12,272 /- ". And they are giving a warranty of only 90 days from the date of replacement.
First I thought only I have this problem. After a search many have the same problem with this type of laptop.
One person got the same problem and replaced it and after few months he got same problem again.
We give such a huge amount (Rs 73,053) for the laptop thinking about the good quality, software and the good brand. And later without our fault, if we continue to have such a problem, how can we spend Rs 12,272/- for the replacement every time.
So, I would request you to give me a reason why the problem occurs and give me an solution.
